REFUND POLICY
USSSA of Colorado Refund Policy
Tournament Directors may have a different refund policy NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT USSSA WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 4 WEEKS PRIOR In the event the tournament is cancelled due to weather, the following guidelines may be applied If the tournament is cancelled the morning of the event AND before any games are played - A percentage will be retained to cover Admin Costs (TD Discretion) 1 game played = 50% refund 2 games played = No Refund If team drops after deadline or schedules are released = No Refund2025 Bunny Blast Rules

ZERO TOLERANCE TOWARDS UMPIRES/COACHES/TOURNAMENT STAFF
No Artificial Noise Makers will be allowed
Music will be allowed if not a distraction to other games in play – Be Respectful
All Home Run Balls will be put back into play
Winning Team is Responsible for Reporting Scores
(Scores not reported by the end of pool play, will be scored as a 23-23 tie)
- On-Line Roster – Make sure they are up to date.
- BY THE BOOK TORUNAMENT
- Time Limit for All POOL PLAY games are 70 min DROP DEAD!!
- Bracket Games will be an hour and 15 - Championship games will be 90 min.
- Special ITB Rules. Game tied after time limit or 7 innings
Once the brackets are pushed out I will NOT be doing any changes to the scores - Make sure COACHES of winning teams REPORT THEIR SCORE TO THE TABLES!
