Refund
Tournament Directors may have a different refund policy.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT.
USSSA WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT
LEAST 4 WEEKS PRIOR.
Team drops out after deadline or schedules are released No refund.
In the event the tournament is cancelled due to weather.
The following guidelines may be applied.
If the tournament is cancelled the morning of the event and before any games are played.
A percentage will be retained to cover Admin Costs (TD Discretion).
1 game played 50% refund.
2 games played No refund.
Team drops out after deadline or schedules are released No refund.
