DCMB Tournament Rules
Coaches, players and fans, welcome to the USSSA of Colorado and Wyoming “Don’t Call Me Blue” Umpire Association fundraiser tournament. Our primary goal for this tournament is for all of us to have fun. Since the Umpires are “in charge” of the rules and, we like to have fun too, for this weekend we’re implementing these changes:
Change 1: Bat your ROSTER both days. This is optional. If you don’t want to roster bat, you will be playing “by the book” with the Colorado/Wyoming modifications.
Change 2: Mix and match your uniform. Example: half the team wear one uniform; the other half wears your other uniform – use your imagination and come up with any combination.
ZERO TOLERANCE TOWARDS UMPIRES, COACHES, PLAYERS, TOURNAMENT STAFF, CITY STAFF FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN EJECTION FROM THE TOURNAMENT CO/WY USSSA FASTPITCH BAT YOUR ROSTER OPTION for Saturday and SundayBAT CHECK BEFORE ALL GAMES Check for cracks, dents, etc. All bats must have the USSSA "thumbprint" (USSSA 2014 and 2020 certification marks) Run rules: 10/8/6 after 3/4/5 innings - BOTH DAYS Courtesy Runner (CR) for Pitcher/Catcher is The Last Completed At Bat (LCAB) Not the last out. (Rule 8 Sec 3)
LINE-UP CARDS MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE UMPIRE AND OPPOSING TEAM PRIOR TO or AT THE PLATE MEETING

- A player that is not present at the start of the game, will be listed in the last position of the lineup and will be counted as an out or can be listed as sub.
If a team decides not to use the bat your roster option
TEAMS must follow the "Colorado/Wyoming", USSSA on-line book rule
The substitute/courtesy runner rules will apply
