REFUND POLICY

CO//WY USSSA of Colorado Refund Policy

Tournament Directors may have a different refund policy NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT USSSA WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 4 WEEKS PRIOR In the event the tournament is cancelled due to weather, the following guidelines may be applied If the tournament is cancelled the morning of the event AND before any games are played - A percentage will be retained to cover Admin Costs (TD Discretion) 1 game played = 50% refund 2 games played = No Refund If team drops after deadline or schedules are released = No Refund

TOURNAMENT RULES

ZERO TOLERANCE TOWARDS UMPIRES, COACHES, PLAYERS, TOURNAMENT STAFF, CITY STAFF. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN EJECTION FROM THE TOURNAMENT. CO/WY USSSA FASTPITCH BY THE BOOK SATURDAY AND SUNDAY LINEUP CONSISTS OF 9 PLAYERS MIN (CAN PLAY WITH 8 - LAST PLAYER ON LINEUP CARD IS THE OUT) CAN USE 2-AP'S AND OR DP/FLEX USE THE LINK TO THE STATE RULES. Pay By Check Information/Form

Payment must be received prior to Jan 1, 2024 Failure to do so, will result in your team being removed from the event and will be required to pay online at the new pricing.

USSSA of Colorado will be discounting entry fees to several 2024 events.  If you enter and pay now either by credit card or check you will see a significant savings.  Additionally, if you send a check, you will not have to pay the credit card fees.  Keep in mind that tournaments will fill up quickly in 2024.  The discounted prices are only available until Jan. 1st 2024.  On Jan. 1st the tournaments will only allow for credit card payments and the price will be $730 for most 4 game format tournaments.  Here is a link to the pay by check option.

Refund Policy
