Event Updates
Use of Music at Fields
Music must be acceptable, No Offensive Language or Subjects.
Any violation will result in loss of music for the duration of the event.
Keep volume at a reasonable setting.
If other fields can hear your music, it is too loud.
If YOU cannot carry on a Normal Conversation, music is too loud.
If you must be told to turn down or stop playing your music multiple times and you do not comply, you will lose your privilege to play music the rest of the event.

CITY OF BRIGHTON STRICTLY ENFORCESNO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED AT THE COMPLEXES THIS INCLUDES THE PARKING LOT ANY PERSON THAT IS CAUGHT WITH ALCOHOL ARE SUBJECT TO FORFIETING YOUR GAMES AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE COMPLEX. YOU COULD ALSO FACE BEING REMOVED FROM ANY FUTURE EVENTS INCLUDING STATE

ZERO TOLERANCE TOWARDS UMPIRES, COACHES, PLAYERS, TOURNAMENT STAFF, CITY STAFF. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN EJECTION FROM THE TOURNAMENT. CO/WY USSSA of Colorado Refund Policy
Tournament Directors may have a different refund policy NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT USSSA WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 4 WEEKS PRIOR In the event the tournament is cancelled due to weather, the following guidelines may be applied If the tournament is cancelled the morning of the event AND before any games are played - A percentage will be retained to cover Admin Costs (TD Discretion) 1 game played = 50% refund 2 games played = No Refund If team drops after deadline or schedules are released = No RefundWEATHER UPDATES

COACHES WILL RECEIVE AN UPDATE VIA THE SYSTEM THIS WILL INCLUDE AN EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE IT IS THE COACHES RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOUR TEAM IS UPDATED ON THE CURRENT SITUATION
Pay By Check Information/Form
Payment must be received prior to Jan 1, 2024 Failure to do so, will result in your team being removed from the event and will be required to pay online at the new pricing.USSSA of Colorado will be discounting entry fees to several 2024 events. If you enter and pay now either by credit card or check you will see a significant savings. Additionally, if you send a check, you will not have to pay the credit card fees. Keep in mind that tournaments will fill up quickly in 2024. The discounted prices are only available until Jan. 1st 2024. On Jan. 1st the tournaments will only allow for credit card payments and the price will be $730 for most 4 game format tournaments. Here is a link to the pay by check option.
