We will be hosting a Home Run Derby at the 5th Annual Halloween Clash on Friday, October 24th at Pawlowski Fields in Brighton, CO. Check in will start at 6pm at the Home Derby will start at 7pm.

Every team playing in the 5th Annual BYBSA Halloween Clash will receive a (2) FREE player entries into the Home Run Derby and any additional players on their team can play $25 to participate. We will send (2) coupon codes to each team that can be used to register (2) players from their team at the following link on the BYBSA website. Additional players will need to register and pay at this following link on the BYBSA website

There will be a separate Home Run Derby for 10U, 12U, 14U and HS players. You can only participate in the Home Rub Derby for the age that your team is playing.

10U will bat from 2nd base off of a tee, 12U will bat from the 43ft pitch circle, 14U and HS will bat from Home Plate.

10U must provide a coach or parent to load balls on tee and 12u, 14U and HS must provide their own pitcher.

Balls will be provided by the BYBSA

Players will have (1) minute to attempt to hit as many Home Runs as possible

The BYBSA Snack Shack will be open at the Home Run Derby with pulled pork sandwiches, nachos, pizza, hot dogs, snacks and drinks so you can plan on having dinner at the fields.

Merchandise for the BYBSA Halloween Clash will be available to purchase during the Home Run Derby.

• There will be a team costume contest for 10U, 12U, 14U and HS teams
• Here is how to enter
  • Have players and coaches wear costumes to games on Saturday, October 25th. It is not required to wear the costumes while they play but highly recommended
  • There will be a large BYBSA Halloween Clash banner near the entrance of every complex that we will be playing at. Please have your team take a picture of everyone in their costumes in front of this banner.
  • Email the following information to [email protected] by Monday, 10/27 at 12pm.
    • Picture of team
    • Team name
    • Coach name
  • Pictures will be posted on the Brighton Youth Baseball and Softball Association Facebook page by 12pm on Wednesday, 10/29, https://www.facebook.com/BrightonYouthBaseballSoftballAssociation
  • The team picture with the most likes by 5pm on Monday, 11/3 at each age group will be the winner

The winning team of each age group will get a FREE Registration for a team entry into 2026 BYBSA Spring Clash, 2026 BYBSA Tournament of Heroes or 2026 BYBSA Liberty Clash tournaments.
